put simply, we are a new model for growth and a new way of life.

[seed], is a mission driven organization with its company headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.  With our (United States) current unemployment rate being 8.3% (Jan 2012) and the proficiency of our graduating students being 41% (Franklin County), we are DRIVEN to be the change we want to see in our community. Our doors are open to community members from ALL walks of life and this inclusive model is designed to PENETRATE the vivid disparity within our educational and employment sectors.  We connect and serve! We help our members identify their natural gifts/talents and then create a platform in which to expose those gifts/talents (see more under “GOING GREEN“). We serve, we educate, we empower, we dream, we sow [seed]!
